What it does

Voice answers an inbound phone call (or places an outbound one) and runs a natural-sounding conversation:

  • Real-time speech recognition and synthesis — sub-300 ms turn-around.
  • All 47 Janore languages, with automatic detection on the first sentence.
  • Live handoff — transfer to a human in your team or back to a phone tree at any moment.
  • Full transcript and call recording (with consent) saved to the conversation log.

When to use it

Voice is for businesses with a phone line that rings — restaurants, clinics, real-estate agencies, beauty salons, taxi dispatchers. Anywhere a customer would rather call than type.
