What counts as a "message"?
One user→assistant turn. Internal handoffs and system events are free. Drafts, retranslations, and tone tweaks are free.
What happens if I exceed my message quota?
Nothing breaks. Every message is answered and the overage is billed on your next invoice (€0.04/msg Starter, €0.025 Pro, €0.015 Scale, €0.010 Business). You can cap usage from settings if you prefer a hard limit.
Do you charge per seat?
No per-seat upcharge — seats scale with your tier (1 / 3 / 10 / unlimited). Add your whole team without re-negotiating with procurement.
What's the 14-day free trial?
All Pro features unlocked, no credit card required. After 14 days, add a card to continue or your workspace becomes read-only for 7 days, then archived.
Where is my data stored?
EU by default — Hostinger VPS Frankfurt (primary). Business tier adds optional second region. Custom-tier clients pick their region or run fully self-hosted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade in one click from your billing dashboard. Annual plans prorate any unused balance into the new tier, no phone call needed.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% on every paid tier. Pay yearly upfront and the equivalent monthly price drops accordingly (e.g. Pro €79/mo → €63.20/mo billed yearly).
What's your refund policy?
Cancel anytime — we refund the unused portion of the current period, prorated to the day. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Can I cap my overage spend?
Yes — every plan ships with a customer-side monthly cap (default €50). Edit it in /dashboard/billing. Once you hit the cap, your assistants pause until next cycle.
What is Pay-as-you-go?
A €5/month base + €0.02 per message, no quota and no commitment. All Pro features included. Past ~3,700 messages/mo a Pro plan becomes cheaper — we'll suggest the upgrade in your dashboard.
How do I set a billing cap?
Open /dashboard/billing, scroll to Overage cap, type the EUR amount and hit Save. Set €0 to disable overage entirely (assistants pause at quota).
