- Discovery + scoping (1 day)90-min discovery call + a 1-page Statement of Work covering scope, channels, knowledge sources, integrations, and success metrics.
- n8n workflow build (3-5 days)A custom n8n workflow tuned to your business: routing rules, escalation logic, persona prompts, multi-language handling, channel-specific behaviour.
- Knowledge ingestion (1-2 days)We crawl your site, ingest your PDFs, parse your FAQ, connect your Notion/Drive — and chunk + embed everything into pgvector for high-precision retrieval.
- CRM integration (1-2 days)HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, Zapier — we wire your existing tools so leads + transcripts land where your team already works.
- Voice + persona tuning (2 days)We test 50+ real visitor questions against your assistant, refine the system prompt, adjust tone, hand-edit the worst answers. By end-of-week 2 the assistant sounds like your best junior employee.
- 3 months of unlimited tweaksNeed to change a workflow rule, add a new FAQ, swap LLM provider, add a new channel? We do it within 24h, no extra invoice. (After 3 months, you self-serve or buy the €1,500/mo retainer.)

You pay €2,250 via Stripe / Mollie. We send a Notion brief + start building.

Build week
Day 3-7
n8n workflow + Supabase schema + knowledge ingest + first round of voice tuning.

Review week
Day 8-10
You + 3 staff members test the assistant on your real site. We iterate based on what breaks.

Channel hookup
Day 11-13
WhatsApp Business + Telegram + Instagram + CRM all connected and tested.

Launch + final 50%
Day 14
Assistant goes live on your site. You pay the remaining €2,250. 3-month tweak window starts.
After the 2 weeks
