How does Janore know my business?
You point Janore at any n8n workflow as the brain — your own LLM, your own knowledge base, your own escalation rules. Janore orchestrates the conversation surface (multi-language, multi-thread, streaming, brand-themed). The intelligence stays yours.
Which languages are supported?
English, French, Arabic (with full RTL), and Spanish out of the box. Adding a language is one config line and a translation file. Underlying n8n workflows can target any language your model supports.
How does pricing work for high-traffic sites?
Starter caps at 1,000 conversations / month, Pro at 10,000, Scale is unlimited. A "conversation" is one thread (no per-message billing inside your plan). Overages are billed at €0.05 per conversation, never blocked.
Where is the data hosted?
EU-hosted by default (Scaleway Paris). PII never leaves the EU and is never sent to vendor LLMs without explicit consent. Built-in Article 17 erasure flow. Optional single-tenant deployment on Scale.
Can I use my own LLM provider?
Yes — through n8n. Plug in OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, a self-hosted Llama, or anything HTTP. Janore handles the streaming UX; you own the model choice.
