Is there really no quota?
Correct — you can send unlimited messages. We do enforce a soft cap at €100/mo to nudge you toward Pro (which is cheaper above ~3,700 msgs).
When will I be billed?
Once a month, on the same day you signed up. The base €5 is billed up front; metered messages roll up at the end of each cycle.
What counts as a message?
One user→assistant turn. System events, retries, and internal handoffs are free. Tone tweaks and re-translations are free too.
Can I switch to a fixed plan later?
Yes — switch to Starter / Pro / Scale / Business at any time from /dashboard/billing. Switches are prorated to the day.
