Export your data
RGPD self-service: export everything Janore stores about you and your visitors as a single JSON archive, or request full deletion.
What's included
The export covers every record tied to your workspace:
- Workspace settings — name, plan, billing country, locale.
- Assistants — name, system prompt, glossary, knowledge sources.
- Conversations — full message history with timestamps and channel metadata.
- Knowledge files — original documents you uploaded (PDF, CSV, plain text).
How to request an export
From Settings → Privacy, click "Export my data". We email you a download link within 30 minutes; the link is valid for 24 hours and downloads a single JSON archive.
Delete your account
From Settings → Privacy, click "Delete workspace". Confirmation is required. Deletion is immediate for cached data and within 30 days for backups, per RGPD article 17.
